• Email address (via Sign in with Apple or Google)
• Body weight, target weight, height
• Daily calorie and nutrition goals
• Meal logs (food name, calories, macronutrients, portion size)
• Hydration logs
• Activity level and daily step goal

Information collected automatically:

• Step count (read from Apple Health with your permission)
• Body weight and hydration data synced with Apple Health (with your permission)
• Barcode scan history (scan count per day, stored to enforce free-tier limits)
• App usage events (screens visited, features used) — via Firebase Analytics
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics — via Firebase
